I'm just a consumer that has had nothing but exceptional homeruns on this. He's got my thumbs up. Every body has an off week. My guess is because his service did meet with such great responses he's been slammed.

As I said, he emailed me on not having the RY4 and I emailed him back my choice of substitute. I'm guessing Chris is a really nice guy and I, for one, am not 'slamming' him. I'm just telling what happened in my first order from him and how I would imagine someone in business might handle the matter better. I have emailed him and the order is now shipping but --- well the sequence I gave you is exactly how it went. Those were the facts in this particular order and I'm sure other orders have went a better and some worse but it's the only thing I have to go on personally. I may love the double flavor and think it's all worth the wait.
Texan, I'm glad your orders have went better and it gives me some hope that if order in the future mine will too. I doubt that he's getting slammed by others because he's doing so well, although I know that does happen here.
