Is it still in China? WTF? This is getting seriously annoying. Last time ordering from there.

Did you contact the seller and ask him/her to contact the mail service to know whats wrong? also what method of shipping did you choose? 7-10 one or the 10-25 days one? is its the second you can expect up to 35-40 days in some countries for the delivery.

Try to use ur tracking number in your local post (guess is Postes Canada ? Canada Post) if theres nothing there, contact the seller so he can talk to the mail service.

Oooh thanks man! It's in Vancouver since April 28th... At least it's in Canada! I'm from Quebec. I'm guessing the customs are being bumholes and retaining it.

ok so you have two weeks left before they are even out of the estimated delivery time...? 20 bussiness days is 4 weeks(is saturday a bussiness day?)... so being in the estimated delivery date is as late as may 22nd...

Glad i could help, a week in customs sounds about right, however if you want you can contact your postal office and see if they know in real time where the package is at the moment, sometimes it will say online that is in customs when in reality someone is already delivering it to your door lol.

It all depends on the accessibility of the place where he lives, for someone far away from entry points (customs) it will take the whole 25 business days and more but if hes close to entry point you can get the packages very fast (10-14 days)

When China gives you a delivery window. Always plan on the last date shown. Aggravating. Plus, I usually have to sign for mine.

Its registered mail means someone have to sign for it, they wont leave it at a mail box as far as i know.

However in the event ur not home ur free to go pick it up at the office, they will usually leave you a note so you can go to the office or wait till next delivery.

well, all that matters is your chinese seller did ship promptly and as promised. what happens now is up to customs and canada post. keep checking with your tracking number, nothing else you can do

Yeah... The reason why I bought it from China is the atomizers were 5$ and shipping was only like 8$... Comparatively to 30$ shipping from the US.

Update: my package is in Vancouver, I live in Quebec. It's been there since April 28th... How long do you guys think it will take to get here? It's been more than 10 days, I would guess customs have had the time to check it up right? And from vancouver to Quebec, will it come by air? Train? Truck? Thanks.
