Where to buy batteries? - For Vamo

So I have read a ton and searched and searched with no real answer. I just ordered a Vamo and it is my first APV. I'm looking get some batteries from a reputable source at a decent price. With all I have read about batteries blowing up (although I have read very few stories where batts actually exploded or "gassed out") and counterfeit batteries where does a guy buy some with piece of mind?

I have looked all over and they all seem the same. If I check Flea-bay for say Panasonic 18650 there are endless choices 2000mah 2200mah 3400 mah etc. What power is appropriate for the Vamo in an 18650 and 18350? I plan to go with an Nitecore I2 Intelli-charger unless there are objections? Thanks in advance

Also what do I set my Multi Meter at to test the volts on the batteries?

Best least expensive place to buy batteries is fasttech if you have the time wait for them to get to you from china, best place in america is orbtronic. Best battery is panasonic cgr18650ch or panasonic ncr18650b or panasonic ncr18650pd or maybe an AW.
