Long story short: after quitting both smoking and vaping for two years, I recently fell off the wagon and started smoking again. I’d like to switch back to vaping to help wean myself off cigarettes.
However, I’ve been surprised at how difficult it is to find affordable e-juice online. I live in Maryland (DMV area), and most websites won’t ship nicotine products here (even when I select 0 mg nicotine). While some will ship to DC or Virginia (where I have friends who could receive it for me), the excise taxes are over 60%, which makes it unaffordable for me. Local brick-and-mortar shops near me mainly sell pre-filled pod systems, which don’t work for me, and they’re subject to the same high excise taxes.
So my question is: where are people buying e-juice these days?
