Besides Healthcabin, where else can i find juice that has price close to Healthcabin range with inexpensive shipping to Singapore:
30ml: $6.80
10ml: $2.80

The prices are for Dekang juices, I do not mind other juice brands either. I just wana order a lot of flavors to try out.

And also
Clearomizer long wick 2.1: $3.90
Pack of 5 Boge 510D Empty Cartomizer LR: $4.50

Thanks.

Please remember one thing- You get what you pay for. For me, quality is more important than price. I'll do ANYTHING to stay away from analogs. I credit quality juice makers for keeping me off of cigarettes.
I save a ton of money vaping- and I'll only use quality juice from:
Backwoods Brew
Mom & Pops Vapor
Highbrow Vapor

They're not quite as cheap as Health Cabin, but when I started out a few years ago, I was buying juice from Viking Vapor. They're pretty dang cheap, not too bad, they have a huge variety of flavors, and I remember being pleased with their service, but I've since moved on to other vendors, including those mentioned by Randy C.

The best way to compare juice vendors by price is Aurea's eCig Pricing Sheet. She's put a lot of work into it and will even take suggestions on vendors to add to the list.

Edit: Oh, sorry -- I forgot the part where you mentioned "inexpensive shipping to Singapore." That I don't know.

When I first started I went to vaporkings and to Bluemist. I thought these were the only 2 places I could get the things I wanted, but then a few trips around the forums and I found hundreds of places to order from. By far for bulk bluemist is probably the way to go but I found I wasn't using 120ml fast enough and the flavor would dissipate after 3 months. I then switched to myfreedomsmokes and chris is awesome to deal with. I just recently ordered from Nhaler and the pricing is a little higher than myfreedomsmokes, but seems to be better juice to me. One day I will make my own I just haven't gotten that far yet.

Also you can try VaporGod.com
Their flavors are incredibly real and very reasonably priced...I believe I spent $16 on 50ml bottles last time I got it.

Vaporgod.com prices are great and if you buy cartos you get a free bottle of liquid cant beat that:)

These are my sentiments exactly! You could always check classifieds for cheap(er) juices from vendors that maybe more expensive. However shipping to Singapore may be costly, but I don't know how much more...

Yeah, if you really want to save, DIY is probably the way to go.

This is great advice, and probably your best option!
