So, I remembered reading that these would be available the first week of December, but I went to the site and don't see them - am I dense? Or was there a problem and they haven't been released (i.e., only pre-orders shipped)?

Last I heard there was a delay with the shipment. I think they are waiting for all the components to come in then release them to the general public.
Ever since I told people I want a Lavatube, they have been warning me against it. Saying it is not well made 
I looked long and hard at the lavatube as my first Vv mod... Then decided just to plunge headfirst in the deep end and bought me a Provari... It should be here soon!
I signed up for notification by email when the lavatubes become available but doubt I'll be getting one now. The forums on their site has a few reviews from those that preordered.

Yes it now available as of about 40 minutes ago , i posted to vendor on another thread that i see only black color is available to add to cart and he replied several minutes later that they will available late this week.
Then the thread was closed ...lol
I think he might be busy now.
Still deciding if i want one or just wait for the vv module to come out for my Megalodon in a few months.
