I need to find center post insulators for several of my rda's to try and fix the turning center posts.

Tobh V1
Tobh V2
Mephisto

Anyone know where to get them? Or know if o-rings will work in place of them? The bottom insulators at the connection are all fine but the deck side insulators are degrading I believe. Not sure why else my posts would be turning.

What shape are they? I'm always hunting for something and I might come across some.

And what part is loose? I'm having trouble visualizing it. Is there something here?

I'll get some pictures tonight when I get home but it is the positive post on the deck that is turning, the piece the wires go through.
I haven't taken them apart to compare what I'm seeing for sale vs what I have because I didn't realize they'd be so hard to find, but it looks like that will be on my to do list tonight.

Thanks for all the replies, hopefully we can find something that will work. The Mephisto is my favorite but I think it'll be the hardest to find an insulator for. The post on that thing is probably twice the size of the Tobh posts.

Again, I've never seen the atty up close, but is the positive post connected to the screw that comes out the bottom? They are on my RBAs. If I turn the screw the positive post gets loose.

@The Ocelot. Those two white pieces in the middle of your image are exactly the replacement pieces needed for TOBH insulators. I'm also looking for them...not sure what the hell to do as I've asked everywhere.

I haven't found any insulators specifically for a TOBH. although there are some that might work with some modification. I've not seen a TOBH in person, so it would probably be best to do an image search and see if anything looks doable.

I don't know about this one, except it came up in my search.

I didn't get any pictures but I did manage to fix (at least temporarily) the TOBH's by taking them apart, cleaning everything up and reassembling. I use my Meph all day every day so until I do a rebuild I'm not going to mess with it. I took a pair of vice grips and locked them onto the positive post.. Turned it back straight and cranked the crap out of the 510 so maybe it will stay. If not I'll pull it apart and try doing the same thing with it.

Thank you Ocelot.
