180 proof Everclear is available in a few provinces, Alberta and Quebec I think maybe a few more.

Just go in to a local SAQ anywhere in Quebec and ask for it. They will give you a weird look but they all carry it. A Mickie of it will last forever. I've had mine since February and only used 1/4 of it. I use it to dissolve my menthol crystals, and it can hold a lot of menthol crystals. 3% in my mix gives me a ridiculously cool vape. I also use it to clean but now that I'm on a carto kick I have very little to clean.
