Does anyone know where you can actually buy an e-cigarette in a shop, and if not who offers the fastest delivery time?

I know a few people on her say they've gotten theirs from shops, but I don't know where they are from.

The only place online I have seen them say they sell in a store, is Crown 7. They sell at DJ's Smoke shop in Arizona.
