Where to find hardware?

Specifically, I am looking for teflon washers or seals, nylon screws and silicone seals & washers. Tiny stuff, metric or not.

I am figuring to hit the local hobby shops but thought I'd check here first.

Local hobby shops are actually quite disappointing, but Stoneway Hardware and Ace have some small parts and possibly Fastenal. Stoneway has about 20% cheaper prices than Ace. Most of the items you list are likely easier to find online however.

I've stopped going to brick and mortar stores for parts unless I'm desperate. Basically unless it's the 'last thing' i need to finish a project THAT day I won't even bother with going to the store because it's 99% disappointment. I get probably 80% of what I need from McMaster, 15% of the rest comes from Mouser, and the last 5% is scattered amongst specialty vendors.
