Ya, went to Poey Huat last time to get different sizes of screws for my bike..They have lots in their inventory..

the nylon spacers u can find at Sim Lim Tower Lvl 3. Can't remember the shop name though. They have an assortment of small screws too.

I roughly can guess which shop u're talking about..The one infront of the escalator?

If cannot find spacers then i will use the bic pen method..Next is to find those nails and washers..
