I second the Vape Station. I have two myself, one for e-liquids and one for rebuilding supplies and misc. I've also bought two for friends as gifts.

If your hubbie doesn't like having tackle boxes or make up cases sitting around, Vape Stations are great, they will look good anywhere, plus, they hold a ton of stuff.
