where to get 18650

Hi I'm fromn abroad and would prefer to get batteries from elsewhere than china something that I know is original supervised etc. I was wondering if anyone might know where to get reputable 18650's in the states online, and also would appreciate a suggestion for the best battery to get if I use a two battery mod at 70 watts?
I havn't a clue
Would appreciate any knowledgeable help.

Recommended batteries for a dual battery mod at 70 watts:

• Murata VTC5D
• Sony/Murata VTC5A

Also acceptable, especially if 70 watts is your absolute maximum:

• Samsung 30Q
• Samsung 25R
• HG LG2
• Sony/Murata VTC6
