Where to get 2-4mg E-Juice?

I've been looking around, and the only thing I can find is 6mg e-juice, but I'm trying to go a bit lower.

Anyone come across 2-4mg e-juice?

I honestly don't think you'll notice a difference from 6 to 2-4, but if you must, just take your 6mg and mix it 50 / 50 with VG. You'll have two bottles of 3mg.

if you want all the flavor of the original liquid as opposed to cutting both nic and flavor strenght in half, one solution would be to buy equal parts 0 nic and 6mg nic of the same flavor and then mix the 2. the result would be 3mg liquid with full flavor.
