so im thinking of trying attys and dripping after using cartos for a while, but given that Im only looking for 1 maybe 2 attys I don't really want to order online and pay some expensive shipping fee (I would normally order other stuff with it but I have nothing I need to buy right now)

does anyone know any actual stores in BC, vancouver, richmond, burnaby type area where I can buy attys from?

Hi Nem2k. Unfortunately I don't think there are any brick & mortar stores - anywhere in Canada - that have attys, or cartos, or PV's.

Your best hope would be to connect with a fellow vaper in your area, who can either meet with you in person (good excuse for some Timmies), or mail you an atty or two. I mean they weigh almost nothing - one stamp would probably cover it. I'm in Toronto...and I only use cartomizers (which I definitely prefer). Otherwise even from here I'd send you one. Hope someone here in the forum can help you out. Worst case scenario, you can get a couple the next time you order e-liquid.

With shipping from most Canadian retailers being under $10, if you consider your time (say 15 mins each way for a 1/2 hour) plus your gas or transit fare, and the fact that brick and mortar stores have to cover their higher overhead, you may actually come out ahead ordering online.

I find more and more these days I order most things online. Including shipping, most times I come out ahead and save my time, and I am only buying at stores when I need something right away, or real must see it before purchasing it.

I get my stuff generally from either Buy e-cigs in Canada. Smoking alternative E-Cigs.Blog, store, news, and information e-cig 510 901 - Buy Personal Vaporizers in Canada E-Cig E-Juice or Happy Vaper - Canada Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid, DIY Concentrated Flavorings! - nicfitnation is in Gibsons and the shipping to Vancouver is extremely quick. I think it's nine bucks flat rate for shipping? Happyvaper is in Ontario and is pretty quick as well. I've looked around but even at the sketchy shops in the lower east side, I haven't found e-cigs for sale at a regular store.

Can_supplier is right - I burn more in gas driving to Vancouver and back from White Rock than the shipping costs.. his website looks like he's got good stuff to order at nice prices as well!

There's usually a couple hits for "e-cig" on Vancouver Craigslist, but that's usually a SmokingEverywhere kit they're trying to sell, or they're selling a starter kit that they've drooled all over for more than it would cost from an e-cig retailer.
