I like the AW batterys but for the bucks Altsmoke dot com has the 18650, batterys for about half of what the AWs go for, and they have been great, I do use both, and so far have not been able to see a lot of difference between the two. They say the AW will last longer, can be charged more times but I still like getting the Trustfire pink batterys for about $8.00 each instead of AW for $16 each...both 3.7V
The OP needs 18350, not 18650, and the AW IMR are the ones being compared to TF, not AW protected.

I'd go with AW IMR, otherwise use protected AW or TF. Don't bother with other brand IMR like BDL, they suck.

wow... I didn't know they actually perform different on vaping.
I thought it was just matter of lifespan, saftey, mAh etc...
I'm about to get a Red Sky mod which uses 2x 18350.
I was just worried that 2x 700mAh batteries might not last me all day, so I was going to order another pair.

Probably the best answer for you would be for a short read Vape Central: Battery - FAQ there is more at play here than just mAh. Stacking batteries will increase current demand on the batteries compared to using them in single batt applications and thus shortening time between recharges.

I have used all three AWs, *fire seies and Aw IMRs. Yes they are more expensive but they are worth it in my opinion. Folks have been disappointed in the past with batt performance and more and more folks are switching over, for consistency if nothing else. The proof lies that the 14500 IMRs are in such high demand their is an actual shortage of them across the industry.
