Eastcoastvape in Canada is fast and reasonable. They have the Kamry K 1000 and with a few modifications you can get a good device.

I'd second the epm suggestion. I've got two of theirs and they're so much better than a Kamry.

I'm a big fan of epm. Have 2 in hand and a 3rd on the way (mizzpriss is gonna shoot me). However, I wouldn't necessarily call it a started kit
