You might check IBTanked.com and look to see if their glass tubes might work. Their tanks are among the cheapest and most slim that I seen. The glass clear tubes are $5 each, the ss endcaps are around $20, available separately. http://ibtanked.com/clear.html

My guess is they will be wider than the T2 diameter, tho.

With a lot of these devices becoming rebuildable, at least the inner working parts, my hope is we will start seeing pyrex tubes in these as well as the vivi type tanks, as an option for even more durability

You'll need 12 mm ID. I measured the OD of where the glass tube would go over the metal base and it measures 11.87 mm. The bottom base is not problem, as there is sufficient area that a good sealant would fasten it securely. The top might be a little more difficult. With good machining skills & equipment (wish I could afford a decent, small lathe) any of that is realistic. Maybe to even redesign the top to allow a standard drip tip?????

You find that tube, let me know; I would like some also. There are a number of places online that sell borosilicate tubing, with various wall thicknesses. They only specify OD and wall thickness, so maybe a little math would yield a standard size that could be cut to length (I think it has to be cut with an abrasive blade). I would be careful using a thinner wall tube, though. Don't wanna have to pick up/walk on glass shards.

For what it's worth... happenned to notice on the visionecigar.com site... that they have METAL replacement tubes listed for the mini vivi nova.

This would be interesting. Wouldn't have the problems with certain juices but.... wouldn't exactly be clear anymore and you would not be able to tell the level of the juice inside.

Haven't seen these at any vendor yet (and not holding my breath).

What they need to do first... is come out with some metal MOUTHPIECES. Not sure if this is where the problem lies with the T2 and certain juices (cinnamon, etc), but with the vision 2.0 clearos, the mouthpiece tends to melt/molt and that is a big problem (I got sick from it).

Been looking for these out there but, no luck.
