Where to get Luer Lock Plastic Syringe Tips?

So I need some plastic syringe tips to fill my kayfun 3.1 style tanks. I got some of the green, 18 gauge tips, however I seem to need something a bit smaller, as they aren't engaging the ball valve, no matter what angle I try. I heard I should try the pink, 20 gauge size but I'm having some issues tracking them down. Any ideas on where to get these? Also, while I do have syringes, I would like a bottle that can use these tips for filling on the road.

Any links to anything? I'm in NYC. There is no tractor supply store here. Nearest would be out east on Long Island or upstate. I just checked out the site and found the PG, but not the tips...
