Ok, a little back story to go with my post. I started vaping in November. I started with a m401 clone, and soon after ordered a kr808d-1 starter kit. I've loved it. I've since bought more batteries and cartos, and a pass through.

Ah, the pass through. That is where my trouble is. I love my pass through. However, now vaping from the batteries doesn't seem like "enough". I'm not huge into the technical side of vaping, but I do know that the passthough is more powerful than the batteries, so I'm assuming that I need something more powerful, but what? And I know it is a matter of preference, but I'm feeling like I need a little guidance here, lol.

I hope this makes sense, any input is greatly appreciated.

Since a USB pass thru is 5v, looking at 5v mods would be a good start. There are so many to choose from and choices made seem to be based a lot on opinions. It seems for all the "I'm giving up brand x for brand y" you see... there are as many "I'm giving up brand y for brand x".

Being that I like top button mods the best, Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor and the GLV-2 or Welcome to MadVapes LLC and the Roughstack would be my first 2 recommendations.

Get at least twice as many batteries as the device takes that way you always have a set charging.

Here's a link to a mod listing:

Here's a great resource for info:

As a side note, consider the variable voltage mods as well. Your pass through is probably not a full 5 volts. Depending on the power source, you could be anywhere from the low 4's to the high 4's. VV will let you dial in your sweet spot, and also let you change your setting if your tastes change.
