Where to go from here...

Ok so I've had a Bolt for almost a month now, vaping 1.5/7 dual coil carto's and tanks. I do have a regular Joye 510 Atty that I've been using since my other cartys died but I've only been using it at 3.7 volts.
I really want to go to higher voltages.
Due to wallet constraints, I'm going to be either getting a kick for my bolt, or a 3VO/EVO.
I like the greater variety of options with the Kick.

Does anyone have any suggestions along the sub $100 range that can get me happily vaping at the 4V+ range?

I think you are going in the right direction. The Kick will give you what you need, if you can find one. Another option under $100 is the Lavatube devices, you won't have any trouble finding them.
