Where to post to want others about S.S. Vape?

Was inquiring as to a delivery date and if cancellation is possible. Didn't ask to cancel or make any demands. And they cancelled my hana modz preorder. Can only imagine a hasty decision such as this can't be good for business. But some don't care, some do. Anyways WHERE should I post this? Would like to warn others about asking the s.s. vape support team anything.
 
They already had my money. Was waiting in shipment. I know some people have problems with the English language. The difference between "can I" and "will you" are lost on a substantial amount of people. I can make an assumption as to the level of education of the person who I interacted with, but it wouldn't be nice.
