Wednesday went to 5 stores here in Florida without success finding VG...Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, GNC, and a Publix Pharmacy...a waste of time. Then found Swanson Vitamins online and they had it. Bought the 4 oz VG from Now Foods for $2.68....the 16 oz was available for about $6.50 but that would be way too much as you should cut the VG juice before using. Downside on this was the $4.99 shipping coast, but if you can't find it in a store where you live this just might be where to go. ordered Wednesday...shipped Thursday by UPS.
Where to Purchase VG Vegetable Glercerine for those having problems finding it.

I was having similar problems, found some Wilton Glycerine at Michaels arts/craft store (it's used for icing) It's food grade so even though it doesn't say vegetable on it it's the same stuff.
Same problems here, but we also found it at Michael's and Hobby Lobby (who carries a small selection of Lorann flavorings too!)
Not all Glycerin is VG even if it says USP grade. The one I almost bought was mineral based...I asked the pharmacist....and would've ruined my atty.
I wondered about this. I saw the glycerine at Michaels and was tempted to buy it because I need some really bad, but it doesn't say Vegetable or Propylene or USP, so I was like, "what IS glycerine anyway?" and I left it alone and ordered some from an ECF approved supplier instead. Until it shows up I guess I'll just have to be vaping some REALLY strong juice.
I wouldn't use it without cutting it anyway. It's too thick uncut and will gunk up your equipment. From the suggestions on here I cut it down with vodka. So far so good and others have used it without issues.It has to be food grade to be used in icing but if your willing to wait on an order I don't blame you. It was just a suggestion to solve a problem. I'm by no means an expert and don't want to steer anyone in the wrong direction.
Anyone curious about VG and USP should see the sticky in the DIY-e-liquid forum. I use Glycerin USP, from Walmart, or CVS, or... (just ask at the pharmacy desk for Vegetable Glycerin USP, and they should pull it out or show you where it is on the shelf). It absolutely is quite thick -- I just use it to add some more vapor to PG (again USP) based liquid

So it's o.k. even though it just says "glycerine"? I thought it should say 'vegetable glycerine' or 'propylene glycol' on it. Good to know. So, if it just says "glycerine" should I assume it's 'vegetable glycerine'?

When I was desparate for some after ordering my first PV I stopped at a rite aid. Did not see any. So asked the pharmacist. We searched and searched until I finally found it. but it was in...............supository form Then I felt obligated to tell the pharmacist why I needed it. And had to whip out my Blu to demo. Somehow I think the whole explanation would have been much simpler if I just told him I was gonna stick it up my .....

I have read and read and read more on this and the bottom line is this: What you need is Pure Glycerin USP available at CVS Pharmacy for about $5. Don't get sucked into all the BS about vegetable or not vegetable. Happy Vaping...
