Sorry but that's the problem. Your site has changed so much that it is confusing. Not just my opinion but also others I referred to your site commented how confusing it was.

Di, your comment sounded rather abrupt......
"Place your order through the shop

I need assistance before placing my order and Ed was always MORE than happy to help me. I currently am using the 801 and the 901 manuals. I want to switch to the HV, but have no idea what I need, as far as batteries I have read on the forum that people are purchasing chargers elsewhere, so I am assuming that they do not come with chargers?

Is there anyone who is willing to assist me or is it just a big joke to you that you leave your customers out in the cold  I have been a customer of Eastmall net for over a year, spent many $$$$ (I know I'm not the only one) and I feel quite offended by your response.... if seems it would have been more professional to say "Ed is no longer with the company is there something I could help you with?"

I cannot see what is so confusing about the shop site-

you click on the item on the left index panel,
go to the page and see if what you are looking for is available and in stock, then order as usual.

if there is something particularly that you do not understand, please let me know,
I will see if it needs clarification on the shop site.

NO SLAP----
just advising that ed is not here to give you personal service anymore, you have to shop in shop like everyone else,

sorry if this offended you, it was not meant to -

NOTE
HV attys are designed to be used with 6V devices,
regular 901 and 801 PV will not be suitable for HV vaping.

HOWEVER --
you could try the LR attys,
with a 901 to 510 or a 801 to 510 adapter,
these will simulAte the HV vaping on your regular pv device.

to switch to the HV attys --
you must first have a 6V capable pv -----
then you just buy them and use them - no special thing for them.

as to chargers ---------

the starter kits for 901 and 801 pv --
comes with charger as always --

no, we do not sell chargers separately at this time.,

I am sorry if you are offended,

my answer was an instruction, not a slap or a rebuke.

I saw that TB had said already that Ed is no longer with Eastmall, and to ask Di -----
so I just reiterated what he had said, -------
and advised that shopping in the shop site is the way to go, :)

I hope this answer is better ----- and covers your concerns,

if I can be of further help,
please do not hesitate to ask ------ :)

Ok, so let's just say I'm a newbie with no supplies. I want to start with the HV unit. So I would order the HV atomizers and the HV batteries and the cup using my empty carts I already have? If I want a charger I have to order from another site? Or is there a unit that comes with a charger? It says the charger comes with the Indulgence starter kit but I do not see a starter kit on your site. Please help ASAP.

Thanks

Yes,

I see where you are at now---

OK,

there is no stock of the Indulgence starter kit at the moment-----

you need the starter kit,
with it you get the button section and charger

the button section is the heart of the product--
without this button section, --
you have nothing
and can do nothing

Button section operates the whole system,
and the optional extra - passthru

and yes, you will use your regular carts with the unit.
or drip as you please.......

so to set up from scratch ---- you will need -----

1 x Indulgence starter set
1 x extended cup with HV batteries
and some HV attys
and carts if you have none
and juice of course, lol

I highly reccomend buying extras,
2 starter sets if you can afford it,
this gives you spares -
extra attys
extra battys

I am not sure when the starter sets will be back in stock,
but it should not be too long I think,

OK
I am just now informed -- stock of starter sets - Titanium will be in 15 days

If you want to run HV atty's you need to purchase the Indulgence kit along with the 6V extended cup & batteries add on. Currently there is no Indulgence's available check back in a day or two they sellout fast. The Indulgence kits come with a charger that will charge both the batteries the kit includes and the 6V batteries included with the 6V extended cup.

OK........... Thx Di and TB, now I understand. I always order at least 2 kits and 4 or 5 batteries and atomizers anyway, so no problem there. Which atty can you use with the kits, 901 or 801? And I am well stocked on juice although I am going to order the RY4 liquid. A friend had some and I really liked it. Any way to reserve me two kits? (I'll pay in advance if that will insure me getting them). I believe I understand that the kit comes with the regular cup and I should order the extended cup or vice versa? The picture looks like it comes with the 1 battery cup. How long is the cord on the passthru? And does this give the same volts as the batteries?

well done joycetee

this is very good thinking--
I do the same, always need spares.

Which atty can you use with the kits, 901 or 801?

The absoliute beauty of the Indulgence -------

you can use every atty on the market with this PV------

801 901 401 510 ans the 901 does the cartomizers as well.

Indulgence is brilliant in this --
it is a universal atty system with good batty life and the options are amazing-

with the optional extra of the passthru -
you get to vape all these attys at 5Volts as well

and with the extended cups

you get to vape with the big - long life 18650 batty

and then at 6Volts with the 2 x 3v /3.2V battys
Using HV attys of course -----

and if you are very daring --
you can use the 2 x 3.7V battys and vape at 7.4Volts
again with HV attys -------
but only the very brave go there !!!!!!

And I am well stocked on juice although I am going to order the RY4 liquid. A friend had some and I really liked it.

yes, I also love the RY4 it is very good,
also try the RY3 also very nice
and really good mixed together too - hahahah

Any way to reserve me two kits? (I'll pay in advance if that will insure me getting them).

oooooooooooooh, sorry joyce, no reserves,
but there should be plenty when they go into shop again.

I believe I understand that the kit comes with the regular cup and I should order the extended cup or vice versa? The picture looks like it comes with the 1 battery cup.

yes, starter kit comes with the short cup which is for the 1 x 3.7V batty -- you get 2 of these battys in the kit.

so - yes, you would order the extended cup for your 6V vaping this comes with the 2 x 3.2V battys

How long is the cord on the passthru? And does this give the same volts as the batteries?

The cord on the passthru is about 3-4feet long
this provides approx 5Volts for vaping,
as is normal with USB passthru's

you must have the button section
and the atty connectors - (which comes in the starter kit)
in order to use the passthru

I hope this helps, ----- it is a lot to absorb - I know- :vapor::vapor:

Sorry to correct you Di,
The extender cup comes with:
1x 3.7v 18650 protected battery @ 3000mAh
The two 3.2v batteries need to be purchased separately for 6v vaping.

And, might I add, the Indulgence is an absolute treasure.
Beautifully designed and manufactured.

There are 2 extended cup options, 3.7V cup comes with a 18650 battery and the 6V cup comes with 2 3.2V 16340 batteries.

Well TB you lost me again because looking at the extended cups on the site both say 1 battery @ 3.7v. When you click on it, it says "Please select from the choices below: (if nothing chosen for "please must choose" then we will provide Electroplated Silver)" but there is no options to select from.

I will try and check stock daily, what thread will you post when you have it stock so I can subscribe to that thread.

Edit: Ok I subscribed to the Eastmall Forum so I should get notification when you post the stock report (I hope).
