So I had a little problem with my points (you can close my other thread) and I was totally confused about it so I sent a email to Ed and within minutes I got a call from him and he fixed my problem very quickly and with a very great attitude.

I don't think i've EVER seen this much dedication to a company probably ever, and I just want to say a big thank you to Ed for handling my problem so quickly, and i'm anxiously awaiting my 510 + atomisers =]

Thanks again, I will definetely be back to Eastmall for any ecig needs I ever have.

I will second that, Ed helped me out recently as well and I was very pleased. My first experience was not a good one, I couldn't seem to get a response from anyone and after posting on a thread, Ed contacted me and handled my issues very promptly. I was happy to give EastMall a second chance and Ed made that possible. Thanks Ed, hope you had a good anniversay. :)
