So I had a little problem with my points (you can close my other thread) and I was totally confused about it so I sent a email to Ed and within minutes I got a call from him and he fixed my problem very quickly and with a very great attitude.
I don't think i've EVER seen this much dedication to a company probably ever, and I just want to say a big thank you to Ed for handling my problem so quickly, and i'm anxiously awaiting my 510 + atomisers =]
