Soo glad :thumb: that Ed is back and with EastMall!! He's absolutely fantastic with his customer service and products. No lipservice, he delivers, values his customers, and brings personality and performance, even when everything is fine. I am so happy he's back, I've just got to tell you about how good he is.

I ordered my Vaporellos right before he took a new job; I thought I'd be left out to dry. Boy was I wrong; he followed up on my order, helped this newbie with all my questions and issues, and even searched the forums to help me. I was actually sad he was leaving, but glad he was following an opportunity; he made my ordering experience smooth, enjoyable, and even issue solving was friendly, not frustrating.

I was unsure about ordering from China because of customs and shipping, since if it can happen, it happens to me. Ordered my first Vaporellos the night before Vapor King finally e-mailed they were shipping part of my order on Monday. I got my full Vaporello order a few days after the VK. So glad I ordered from Ed, as I'm vaping on a DVP9 (Vaporello) from my second order while awaiting even a response to VK problems. I also like the DVP9 and their carts better than VK; of course according to what I can find in the forum, VK's got some issues with their last shipments.

Order from Eastmall and get your order, no issues, no month of waiting. No problem with my orders clearing customs and I've ordered 3 kits and 15 juices at once. He makes everything right, keeps his promises, and keeps you informed--no searching the forums to find out what's going on with your supplier and order.

I highly recoomend Ed and Eastmall. The DVP9 is fantastic; it beats VK hands down and so does the customer service. If you think Steve is great, you've got to try Ed, then you'll know great. :thumb:

P.S. The reason for so many is gifts, group orders and ensuring one's always available.
