On the serious side the Board of Health in Boston and New Bedford ( 2 cities in Massachusetts) are trying to ban internet sales of e-cigarettes. They'll be voting next month.
I'm not sure how this will be enforced but I think this will be a precursor to the state banning sales in the future.
I may have to learn how to mod after all!!!!8-o8-o I'm about as mechanically inclined as a rock.
I really really need to find a beginners guide to modding.
Bunch of idiots, Mary and if Mass does that RI won't be far behind. Oh, well, my attitude is that I'm not going to let them take a good thing away from me, just so they can keep their cigarette income.

I think the only way to enforce it would to be make it statewide. It's only Boston and New Bedford now thinking about it.
When people bought cigarettes over the internet here the state checked the companys' records - found the names of Massachusetts residents- and sent them tax bills.
Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York have to be three of the least free states to live in.
I was really hoping the e-cigs would stay under the radar & escape their notice. I rarely vape publicly becuase I don't want to draw attention. I don't even know anyone else who vapes. Never meet anyone here who has even heard about them either.
The antis and the BP people have been busy little beavers, Mary. The couldn't get the Feds to ban e-cigs, so now they are working on the states and local communities.
