Steak wouldn't make me nap. Sugar does that. Eat a cookie, blood sugar shoots up. An hour later blood sugar and Jane both crash. Intellectually, I get it. So why do I keep eating enough like I'm trying to commit suicide by chocolate?
When I was helping my father move into his apartment 5 years ago, I learned that he brought a pair of German handguns back from WWII (my uncle wanted one so my father gave it to him.) No idea where in the house it was for the previous 50 years, but he had a gun when I was growing up. No bullets, though.

that's like having a 200 dollars BBQ grill and never use it ............... I dont want to have a gun......... i love exotic knives but i wouldn't dare to keep one near me

Never had guns around much as a kid. That came after I got married. When the kids were little, the gun, firing pin, and bullets were all stored in separate places.
