A dollar fifty for pork?? I only get the cut pork loin because of Mr Picky. He doesn't want fat or bone. I usually pay a lot more for the loin.

actually the boneless loin is not too expensive around here right now , i paid $2.70 for it today but i am not a lover of the loin ,it is to dry

It's not to dry if you coat it in bread crumbs and fry it. Of course that isn't the healthiest way to cook it and of course B. doesn't like breaded foods. So when I cook his I get popped with grease.

do you have a cam inside my kitchen, that is what i did tonight for my dinner , breaded and fried pork loin steak

Yes Zelda. Talk about unappealing looking! But that's the way he likes em. And I try to not cook them too long and dry them out but I want to make sure they are done. But you can cut em with a fork when I'm done with them.

I usually only cook pork roasts because the pork doesn't dry out and stays tender. I think it's hard to cook other cuts of pork so it doesn't get tough.

I cook it weird. After I brown it I put water in the pan and cover it and simmer until it's done. Depending on the thickness I always cook it for 45 minutes to an hour. It's not crispy like I like it but it's usually fairly tender. Also depends on the pork.

that's my fight at home i cook for my pleasure and the ones who love me always fight me, they say i am killing myself

I'm gonna die from something Lis. Might as well be fried foods. But I've had to cut a lot of it out because of my sugar levels. That's what made me so fat too was eating all of the fried foods.
