The house I got for 400 k went to a million, though I didn't catch it. They're still high now, so it may take a while for the next lull.

Seeing a lot of the same pics.. great minds, etc.. Leaving this weekend for WDW. 3.5mil for the Ali'i condo ...at the time. Yep Maui - Ka'anapali just north of Lahaina in the 'west maui mountains' lobe. Looks over Lana'i and Moloka'i for the sunset. Eg.:
