I can't speak on behalf of David, but with regular mail there's no shipping confirmation, no tracking #, and from the US to Canada it took about a week and a half so I imagine it'll take a bit longer than that to get to Holland (?)...

You're order shipped out a week ago and shipments from the USA to the Netherlands via ems usually take about a week so you should see it any time now. You should have been sent out a tracking number on that as ems global has tracking, sometimes though they get kicked to spam folders or what not. When i get into work on Monday, i'll forward you out the tracking information.
