@ CafeDigitalDiva - Looks like your order went out on Saturday Morning, it looks like this is just a case of usps not updating their tracking, I have a feeling it'll all update at once the day your package is out for delivery. Unfortunately I have no more information than you do in regards to tracking in this case.
@ Ladiekali - Sorry to hear about your frustration as well, it sounds like you got the email confirmation last Wednesday that we received your return but you haven't heard anything further is that correct? Have you checked your account to confirm that you don't have a pending refund? Sometimes it take a day or two for our accounting department to process the refund and then a few days for the bank to process the refund as well. Please feel free to PM me any additional information i may be missing and I'll take a look into it for you.
@ CraftyZA - This is usually how it looks, there most likely wont be an update in the tracking until it either gets processed through customs or is delivered.
