which brands have separated bottle of e-liquid and available for purchase?
i mean, which brand has refillable cartridge, so i can try another e-liquids from another brand to do my own refills.

can all cartridges from all brands be refilled?

All ecig cartridges can be refilled.* There is one type -"2 piece" - that were intended to be disposable - cartomizers - usually associated with the battery KR808D1 and it's predecessors. Cartomizers can be refilled by various workarounds that have been developed by many of the people here.

The other models - supermini's - 4081 etc.; mini's- 510, 901, M400; penstyle - 801, and all others that are considered '3 piece' can all be refilled by dripping juice into their cartridges.

*Some explicitly disposable ecig and cigar cartridges would take a bit more ingenuity to refill.

Only two things I'd like to add to Kent's right-on answer:

1. Cartomizers can be refilled quite easily by dripping e-liquid into the hole at the battery end of the cart. After two or three times doing this, however, you will start to notice diminishing performance. So those cartomizers will not last as long as the atomizers and cartridges of other models. But then, the cartomizers are much less expensive than those separate atomizers and cartridges. It is as much their affordability as their more limited refillability that makes them disposable.

2. Another way to get e-liquid on those other type of atomizers is by dripping it directly onto the atomizer wick, bypassing the cartridge. Many e-cig users combine both methods.​
