I have heard that caramel is great to mix with tobacco flavors.
I buy from WL and he carries 3 different types.-
Caramel Candy- TFA
Caramel- LA
Caramel Original- TFA
What are the differences in flavor? I plan on using them as an additive to my tobacco juices.
I've only tried the Caramel Candy from TFA and it's nice. I am not sure about the others. I ordered some Caramel Cream yesterday from Natures Flavors organic extracts to try out Best of Luck!
I use straight up basic Caramel from FlavourArt. It balances well with tobacco flavors - adds body and smoothness without being to obvious caramel taste if you add it in small amounts -2 to 5 drops in a 5 mL mix.
Out of several Caramels and one Carmel, I use TFA Caramel Original for my tobacco recipe's, as it doesn't seem to overwhelm the way the others seem to.
TFA Caramel is prob the best out of the 3 you listed. I hear NF Caramel is quite good but pricey. I got FA Caramel and I think this would work better with tobacco flavors. It has a slight nutty note to though.
I like the Caramel Candy but haven't used it with tobaccos. I recently got NF's Caramel Cream and like that alot too, but again haven't mixed them with tobaccos. I tend to use them at about 2% with other flavors as sort of a slight taste to my juices I'm finding that since I started using the organic alcohol based flavors from NF, I am able to lower my nic easier and still get a great throat hit even while using 100% VG. The throat hit is unbelieveably strong.
