Which carto/tank for Ego C?

I'm using some Boge LR cartos at the moment with my Ego batteries and the flavor I'm getting from my tobacco ejuices is much better than the tank. Still prefer the tank for the sweet fruity juices. Was wondering if there's anything like a carto in a tank setup that would always keep my carto filled and perform as well as the Boges LRs. Sorry for such a noob question. Can someone recommend something and tell me what something like this is commonly referred to as?
