which channel do I use to experience "the best customer support"?
I opened a ticket with a request to change delivery details (ticket 3456) which is "pending resolution" for 2 days and when I check posts in this forums it looks like responses are made within hours.
So Is the forum the medium for the "best customer support" or the ticket system on your site?
