i would like a clearomizer for my cigeasy.com elite 808. i would like being able to see the juice level. i would like the fact that not so much juice is wasted in the polyfill of regular cartos. i would like to get the best flavor and th possible with the least amount of hassle.

there seems to be 3 good choices:)(sorry if i knew how to do the link thing i would)
elite 808 clear and easy tanks from cigeasy.com
vortex 2.0 from gotvapes.com
fluxomizer CE2 deluxe from gotvapes.com

the elite and ce2 seem to have some leak and wicking issues, need to be tuned or modified out of the box i have read. havent read anything on the vortex 2.0.

the gotvapes models are cheapest but the elite would be the same size diameter as my battery and for some reason i have a weird sense of brand loyalty for the elites:p

looks like the vortex 2.0 may operate the best because there isnt the wick going throught the whole tank like the ce2 or the cone of the elite.

any help sorting this out would definitely be appreciated i really want to get some clear-tank-omizers

i have the new deluxe ce2 from gotvapes and these dont leak like the old ones did. in fact, i have yet to hear anyone having that issue with these. they produce much more vapor that a boge 2.0 or a dual coil, these are fantastic. i think they only come in 510 threading so youd have to use an adapter to run it on an 808.

they also come in kr808d-1 threads

thanks for correcting the 510/808 thread. i have used 100% vg in those clearos and honestly didnt notice a difference, maybe the vg juice i used wasnt really thick, i dont know. i dont mod mine in any way so i have to tilt it upside down for a second every 4 or 5 puffs so i dont get dry hits. i am still using the same ce2 that i started with 3 weeks ago....i am so happy with these.
you will go through little more liquid with these compared to a regular carto but...thats a given. you cant have more vapor by using less juice.

Well, I'm not real impressed with the ones I've tried. I have one of the cone style from CigEasy...while I like the design and the smaller tip on these, they do seem to have a wicking issue. The others I've tried, I believe from N haler, (do not have a wick that can be seen) and I have a couple of issues with them. I hate the tip, it's too big and not comfortable at all. I don't get tons of vapor from either of these. I get more vapor from my Elite carts.

I do like the clean taste though and I liked that I could put a small amount of juice in it to try new juices.

I didn't have any serious leak issues, but most of mine seeped out of the battery end. Not a huge deal as I use a manual and it's just a tiny amount at a time, but def not for an auto battery.

thats good to hear. i dont really mind less vapor, for me it is more about the flavor. having the ability to put smaller amounts in for tasting or switching out is one of the things im really looking for.

since i have a friend of mine ordering an elite 808 tonite, im gonna piggyback their order with some elite tanks to share shipping =p

probably try the ce2 at some point in the future.

+1 +1 +1 for the fluxomizers Deluxe from gotvapes. Just make sure you get the DeLuxe. Those are the new ones and they are pretty good out of the box. No leaking like the old ones. I think you will be very happy w/them on the Elite. I have been looking at the Elite for a month now. How is your battery life? Are you a heavy vapor??? If/when I do get one, I will buy the ce2's from gv. They have excellent customer service. Good Luck!

Agreed GV Fluxomizer is the only thing I use and IMHO are better than any atty or carto set up I have tried. Keep in mind that if you are a heavy vaper you may need to adjust them a touch. If you do there are plenty of threads on how to do it and it takes all of 30seconds to do it so no hassle at all. Vapor and flavor is fine on these and for me they last about 3 weeks but I clean and dry burn a lot. I have heard one say they got 4 months which I can't really imagine but somewhere in between would be expected.

i have had my elite clear cartomizers for about a week now and i love them!!

they fit great on the elite 808, look great and work great. i have not had any issues with leakage from the body or from the mouth piece area. after filling and replacing mouth piece cap, there is a small bit (probably a drop or less) of leakage from the battery hole end of the carto. i think this is because putting the cap back on creates a positive pressure inside the carto where the juice is and forces too much juice throught the wick. easily solved by blowing it out and wiping it off. would not recommend these for an auto battery.

vapor production and flavor are great. i love being able to see the level. it is very convinient to be able to test just 5 or 6 drops of a flavor in these. flushing them out is very simple and they are ready to use right away because there is no stuffing to dry out.

love these, use exclusively now. may try some of the others out of curiosity but these are awesome.

do you find that the elite clearomizers mute the flavor?

I've tried the elite clearomizers on vgo and igo batteries and I think they mute the flavor a bit compared to CE2s. AND I get a plasticky taste with them, not burning just plastic. They probably work best on Elite batteries. Too bad because I really wanted to like them. They look cool, are very well made.
