Cloudzzzz for dayzzzz bruh! Just messing around. Their Turtleship clones are pretty great, I also have a 4Nine from them but those are not to be used unless you know what you are doing.
The stainless panzer is my fave. Hits hard, takes a beating, nice switch and no polishing. Sentinel looks nice and affordable.
For clouds I recommend a box mod, 50w to 100w. Of course you'll have to increase your budget.

If you're going to run it at that high of resistance, maybe a box mod would suit you. You would be surprised what a regulated mod can do with a higher resistance coil. I run a 1.4Ω coil on my Kayfun DNA 30 clone and it far surpasses some goobers and their super low resistance builds. I own several Plume Veil RDA's and they are phenomenal. I just ordered one from FT along with their pack of 5 Plume Veil drip tips. I've heard good things about their Vulcan Clones too.
Well you're definitely spending more than 20 right? I'm afraid that if you want clouds, you may not be satisfied with a 0.8Ω build on a mechanical, but you would be satisfies with 0.8Ω on a regulated. Check out the eleaf iStick. It's variable wattage up to 20W and sells for as low as $35 plus a cheap RDA puts you around $50.00. Even better, it will be in your hands in a week instead of a month (Fasttech's usual shipping times...).
Obviously, it's your choice in the end, just trying to help guide you on the best decision for what you want, which seems to be clouds.

Save your cash. Get a good box mod. I'm going to recommend the sigelei 100 watt box. I have owned more than i should and this one is just the top of the tops in my opinion.
After that... Clone drippers are far more forgiving than clone mods. A clone plume veil from tobecco is another favorite of mine, the zenith v2 (also from tobecco) is another good one.
Don't skimp on a quality mod though.

got a multimeter, and not a cheap one? cause you will need that with your panzer and rda clone, you want to buy. Oh and good (real) batteries and a charger tooo.
You can go cheap and clone for the mod and the topper...but NEVER go cheap and clone for the multimeter, batteries and charger.

A mod and RDA clouds does not make. Yoda say more to it, there is. Read up on battery safety and Ohms law. Did you know you could blow your hand off or worse with a mech mod? You'll also want to read about coils and wicking.
