Which current tank gives the best cloud and taste that can be laid on its side w/o leaking?

@Sigmus9... if you can afford the kayfun then more power to you. Personally I wouldn't pay $100 for a plastic tank that can leach chems.

If you'd like a very inexpensive thing to try first, I'd recommend the Smoktech Aro pyrex tank. http://www.discountvapers.com/smoktech-aro-pyrex-glass-bcc-red/ It comes in other colors too and is the most trouble-free and well-performing clearo I have ever tried. Holds a lot of juice, produces a lot of vapor and has great flavor. If you end up not liking it, you're only out $8. If you DO like it, you can order heads for about $6 or $7 for a 5-pack, then rebuild them or just buy more as you wish. (New heads should be washed before using to remove machine oils.)

If the $8 Aro doesn't float your boat, the Kayfun will be waiting... and maybe by then they will have sprung for pyrex tanks vs the plastic or SS option it comes with. :) Just a thought.

PS the Kayfun is a rebuildable you know... you will have to make coils for it and wick it. Not a big deal, just saying....

I'm seconding on the iClear30S. Low maintenance, long life, big clouds on a VW device and a good flavor. To clean I just soak it in alcohol for a few hours (sometimes overnight) and run it through a few cycles on the ultrasonic cleaner and it's good as new. Baditude recommended it and he was dead on. Perfect for my lazy, time constrained ayus!

What is the draw like on the iclear30s? I've tried an iclear16 and 30 and was very disappointed in the draw in that it is very tight. I don't lung hit but I don't like having to make the sourpuss face when taking a drag cause the tank's draw is like sipping on a milkshake.

The iclear30-s has a much lighter draw than the 30 and 16 series. If you look at the pic below, you'll notice that the 30-s on the left side has a larger relief hole drilled on the stem:

I've been vaping on my Aspire BDC ET-S (2.2mL pyrex tank w/Ego threads)

I use it with an EHPro mechanical and I am content. It replaces my Aro tanks which also used 1.8 ohm heads (as does the Aspire BDC) The Aspire have more vapor/flavor than the Aro tank and, most importantly, it won't burn the 50/50 juice I use when loaded with a fresh AW battery. Boxed up my Aro tanks with box of spare heads and will give them to my son for Christmas. He loves the Aro tanks for his Ego battery and never has issues with burnt juice with a fresh charge.

So far, so good on the Aspire but I really want to get a rebuildable tank atty, a Kayfun 3.1 or Russian type--I'll just watch for a few months to figure out which one will work the best for me (pyrex tank please!) But for now, and when I go out and about--the Aspire dual coil is the winner over my Aro, PT1 and EVOD tanks. As always, your mileage may and probably will, vary.
