I am wondering which tank would go better:

1. Aspire ET-S BVC Glassomizer is a metal clad pyrex glassomizer that is 3ml and it uses wickless coils

2. Kanger EMOW Aerotank Mega is a metal clad pyrex tank but it is pretty expensive.

Have any of you guys tried these? Tell me your experiences.

Help me make my decision

hi bloodqueensaya, welcome to ECF

both same capacity
same price for coils

eMOW uses a DUAL coil
ET uses a single coil (vertical)

eMOW has air flow
removable drip tip

eMOW has a 510 connection
ET is eGo threaded

I have an eMOW and it is OK

ET is pretty trouble free and cheap to buy
has proved to be very durable (my experience)
can use both bdc & bvc
several tanks to choice from to mix-n-match with coils

guess it boils down to what battery you use it on

start with a ET / ET-S
then get a eMOW down the road

:)

I have two EMOW Mega's and three ET-S BVC's. The Aspire's are sitting in my never use cause they're .... pile and the EMOW's are my daily use tanks and have done nothing but perform perfectly. BDC coils, BVC coils, clone or authentic coils, all they do is gurgle and spit juice and just a pain in my ....ing ....

Someone did suggest awhile ago that I crank up the watts on them so they'll burn more juice and prevent that from happening, and I can't remember what power setting I was using at the time. But I haven't gotten around to trying that. But you know what? I think that'll be what I do tomorrow. It's -40C with the windchill here, so god knows I'm not leaving the house lol.

The ET and ET-S tank itself is pretty straight forward and basic. Just cosmetic preferences really aside from its coil system over other lower end/cost effective tanks from other brands. Like its base for example is kinda nice but personally thats about all I like. I used one for a few days and I honestly loath Aspire and their atomizers. I have nothing but trouble with their atomizers. Mine always leaked very early into use like a running faucet. I also dont like the size of the atty head. It takes up a good amount of space and I always had gurgling issues before long which lead to most leakage I believe so I was constantly topping them off. I also dont like the metal tips. I prefer using silicone/rubber ones but thats me. I dont like the metallic taste much and I am typically sensitive to having that in my mouth.

Yeah I've been running an ET-S with a 1.8ohm coil in it all day here at the highest wattage my MVP2 will go to and it hasn't gurgled much, but it's really warm, almost hot vapor. Hot fuzzy peaches flavor? Gross. So I lowered it slowly and it started gurgling around 9W. And even at the highest setting you could hear the juice gurgling when you fired it though it didn't give the physical sensation of gurgling. I do like the BVC's vapor production, though I wouldn't say it's that much better than the kanger dual coils in the EMOW. Which I can run at a much lower setting and still get tons of clouds. So here I sit puffing on my old faithful (protank2) lol.

And I just don't get aspire products. The ETS and CE5's I've used are basically aspire's version of the Evod, same basic design. But one works great for me while the other is just a pain to use. I dunno, the higher power idea didn't work, maybe it's how I'm inhaling or something. I don't ....ing know anymore. Good thing I got them on the cheap though or I'd be ....... Just like when I retired my nautilus after one week of fighting with it lol. But it's okay, I'm heading down to the B&M tomorrow to get some wicking material and kanthal wire, gonna finally try to rebuild protank2 coils. Might even try rebuilding the dual coils. I'm pretty excited about that.

I dont get Aspire products either. They are full of inconsistencies. The lower end tanks like I said are pretty straight forward with the exception of the Vivi Novas which both the standard and mini fell apart on me for no reason spilling full tanks of juice everywhere. The mini for example has a two piece base where the base itself is pressure fitted into the gnarled collar that threads on to the tank tube..... but those atomizers in my opinion are just poor quality. I bought a pack of 5 BVC's and nearly every one varied in some way from the diameter of the juice intake holes to the rubber used for its gaskets and insulators causing all sorts of issues and when you bring it to their attention they claim their products don't fail so it must be fake. After giving them the authentication code they either blow you off or they say things like KO companies are now making good to pass off codes. Then when you tell them that their singles don't have codes they tell you the store you bought them from is selling fake, again like my case of the Vivi Novas, yet I bought my tanks directly from them in which they didn't provide codes for single tanks. They just put them in a plastic bag and ship them out to you. Funny thing is that like you said, most of their tanks themselves are in many ways almost identical to other companies products with the exception of their atomizers which is where the power train of the tank is anyway.
