Xtreme vaping XV510 Atty's. I've been using them exclusively for the last 8-9 months. Besides having tons of vape on my stock 3.7 eGo they seem to be incredibly well made. I vape non stop, all day long and typically use 2 900ma batteries a day. I NEVER clean my atty's anymore except the threads when they get gunked up. I'm a dripper and keep my atty at or above the drowning point so once in a while I have to blow it out. The atty I'm using at the moment has been vaped at this pace since sept. 10th (or there abouts). THAT"S 4 NON STOP MONTHS!!! on one atty. I can't imagine anything else surviving like that. I did have 2-3 (out of 20) burn out upon first use but xtreme vape replaced them without question. These atty's rock!

Haven't bought any Ciscos yet, but I have had better luck with Genuine Joye than I have the knockoffs, both in std and LR. One knockoff LR atty may have been the death of a less than week old Trustfire 14500 last week.

Did a little research into batteries with LR attys. 14500 or smaller batteries don't have the amps to adequately power LR attys, which cause them to prematurely die. 18650's appear to be fine, but 14500 and smaller require IMR or high drain configurations.

I've been hearing that the latest batch of EM LR510's have problems with the center post design and/or construction. May want to check the battery connections out real throughly before you throw one on your mod.

Took a friend's advice and have been vaping on a cisco 2ohm LR510 since Saturday. Digging it so far. Not quite the fog machine that the Joye 1.5ohm 306 is, but decent vape and satisfying taste.

i like reg joye 510's that measure 2.2 Ohm.

unmentioned in OP is the Ikenvape 2.0 LR 510 and 306... very very nice.

Clyde, i wonder how they are handled with 14500?
I don't use 14500 anymore, but that is an interesting fact... how do the eGo batts hold up to LR's ?

I use the 2.0 and the 2.2 Ohm attys on a VV at anywhere from 3.5 to 4v settings.

Never hear anyone talking about, but am a closet Titan 510 from TW, fan... 2.2 Ohm, they are FOG machines...

Thanks for the info! I ordered a Cisco LR510 right away!

By the way guys,
Which is the best LR510 atty? Bauway, Eastmall, Joye or Cisco?
I don't care too much about lifetime. I mean if they die quicker, it's not a big tragedy to me.
But I DO care about the taste and the vapor production.

I'm asking this because earlier I was addicted to LR510 and nowadays I just simply CAN'T find a good one. :-(((
The first LR510 I tried was an Eastmall version. An earlier Eastmall version. I got it from a friend. (I don't know when did he buy it)
That was A-W-S-O-M-E. I fell in love with it immediately.
Huge vapor, kicked like a horse, and the flavor was also perfect. No funny taste, no metallic taste.
It was simply perfect. But the poor little thing died after a couple of weeks.

So I ordered 5 pieces of LR510 attys from Eastmall right away. I thought they'll be exactly the same as my little favourite atty. But I was wrong.
The 5 attys which I received from Eastmall was useless.
If I rate the earlier Eastmall version for 10/10, then I would rate the new version which I received 2/10.
Vapor production is very low, and all of them had a terrible metallic, burnt, vomit taste.
I couldn't do anything else than throwing them out into the thrash. Eastmall offered me to replace them (they were correct of course), but the shipping price of returning the items would actually cost me more than the price of the attys, so I just threw them out. Also I'm not sure if they replaced them then the replaced ones would be better at all.

Then... I ordered one Joye LR510. (I was more cautious this time...haha.. I did not dare to buy 5 again).
I received it today.
It definitely better than the newest version of Eastmall's LR510, but still isn't as good as the older Eastmall version. :-((
Quite a lot of vapor, that's okay. I would rate the vapor production 8.5/10
But the taste isn't perfect. It's a bit metallic. I'm not satisfied with it. I cannot feel the taste of my favourite e-liquids with this one perfectly.

So this is where the story ends. Please give me advices and tips!
Which is the best LR510 in your opinion? Which of you uses which version?
Bauway, Eastmall, Joye or Cisco?

I've already ordered a Cisco atty, but I've never tried Bauway.

well you say you got your first love atty from a friend; was it broken in or used?
the metallic taste could be the primer they use to keep it moist... not all attys come primed, but those that do, require a process to get it out ...
also if you burn some juice (some juices worse than others) in it, it can stay and ruin the taste of future uses.

then there is the fact that all attys from the same brand are not made equally...

i find joye attys are the industry standard and have always come through for me. I learned to never doubt a Cisco either.

some of the "back up" brands; bauway, slb, dse...etc have really grown in their reputations as well.

Like i mentioned earlier, LR's come in different resistances (Ohm)... from 1.5 to 2.0 ...
if you like a cisco LR at 1.5, you'll like the joye LR too... I find them too hot for me.

So if i said Cisco 1.5 is not good (because it was too hot) I'd be telling the truth... for me... but not for the atty because i know Cisco makes a great atty...

Try them all and find out what YOU like best anyway.

No. It was brand new/unopened. It was already perfect for the first drag.

I was using it for one and a half day, so I think I broke it in properly. Still the metallic taste never gone. It didn't even become weaker.

Try them all and find out what YOU like best anyway.

yeah, it seems like this is the only thing I can do.
I already ordered Cisco, SLB, Joye and some more. On this coming week we'll see which is better or the very best.

Redeyedancer, leader of the Reonauts, originally swore by EM LR510's. He used to enclose one with every Reo sold. He received another batch about 6 weeks ago, and they weren't well received. Lackluster vapor production and short lifespan. The last batch attached the center post in a different way, and some of them had shipped with a sunken center post where were short circuiting mod-killers. He's just about given up on EM's, at least until they prove themselves to him again.

ALWAYS a good idea to eyeball the centerpost of your 510 atty to make sure it's not sunken in before you put one on your mod.

Yes, I heard about this story too.
I have two Reos actually. :)
It's quite a sad story, because the Eastmall attys are very cheap and easy to get.
So I won't be very happy if I'll need to order only Cisco attys in the future, because of the higher price.
But this is the only option remained I guess. (Because I don't think that David Yang is going to re-design his Eastmall attys in the near future) :-(

I have settled happily with the low resistance 510 atty from Nhaler. they never let me down, give fantastic amount of vapor, and theyre just great quality. I have tried many other 510 atty's from different companies, but Nhaler has the best IMO. especially the low resistance ones. its all i ever buy now.
