I was just thinking which one meets the criterias for a tfv4 best and i don't see a big difference between these devices, just the price.Hi and welcome,
Sorry to ask...but "better" for what?
Why are you considering those devices?
Cheers
I
I like the looks of both of them, I'am using Ni most, Bluetooth isn't necessary, but would be great with it too.Do you use TC? Do you use Ti, Ni, SS?
Do you need Blue tooth?
Do you like the looks of one over the other?
Cheers

Maybe you could suggest me something else for 120€? I will be using the smok tfv4 and darkhorse rdaPersonally, I don't do Smok...so for me...da Koop gets the vote.
Got the stock quad coil in there and it rips your fkn head off if you go the 90 to 120 W they say is good. i do it at 65W, which is the highest I have ever gone. Gets a bit hot at 65W if you chain vape
I want to use the tfv4 prebuild coils because I can't find the solution why the rba section leaks as hell after I fill it up with liquid, it leaks from the airflow holes 80%of the liquid leaks out.. maybe you know the solution to fix it?If youre using temp control, then id say the Koopor Plus - it has the same chip as the TreeBox (which i have one of) and does tc very well, has all temp control wires available without extra payment - unlike the Xcube II. XCube II also doesnt have the the same chipset as the TreeBox/Koopor Plus despite being a Smok chipset, as the chipset in the TreeBox/Koopor Plus is a later chipset.
If youre using plain old variable wattage, take your pick....but dont pick it based on the 200w/160w, youll never hit either of those figures (if youre sane and human) and personally i think high wattage mods are a bit bonkers. The only positive is that at normal wattages, youll get extra battery life.
Just got myself a TFV4 Mini, and only to use the rebuildable deck, ive never used prebuilt coils, and i only hit about 26-28w in temp control. A firend who also got his TFV4 Mini at the same time and who uses the coils emailed me this earlier:
He's a long time vaper btw
Dont assume that because it says xxx watts on a coil its actually usable at that from a vapeable temp perspective.
The highest wattage vape ive had on a tank was 55w on the Crown and thats was hot, a friuend of mine now has that tank and described it as sucking on a volcano. My other point is that it makes no rational sense to introdsuce gobfuls of hot vapour into 20/30/40 year old smoke damaged lungs. Im not sure why people are wanting to do that. But then again, im rational, like spock, only i dont wear tunics...
I really do wish that, generally speaking here, dont take it personally, people would get over the watts chase, its not what id like newbies to see, all the talk about inifinity watts and huge clouds etc. Its about getting off cigarettes, not getting the ruler out. Already had a few people agree with me that high wattage talk should be in a section inaccessible to newbies until they had xx amount of posts. Because any newbie entering vaping forums these days would be thinking 200w mods and sextuple head coils were the average normal thing...
Im sure i digressed there, sorry![]()

Thank you, for the help. Ill see if i can fix itSome say its the orings, some say screwing the coil into the base first leaves a gap at top of chinmey and oring - read this thread: Smok tfv4 leaking help!!!
Probably from this post on is best: Smok tfv4 leaking help!!!
Ive had leaks using the RCA on the TFV4 Mini, but for the most part (i havent taken it apart to play) ive just pulled a vacuum as i open the airflow after filling and i may get a few drops but thats it
When i finally take it apart to recoil ill check the orings and try the screw into chimney first ratehr than the base trick

For the record, I Vape 50mg @ 80 watts.
Those aren't clouds bro numbers. They're enough nic to stay off Stinkies numbers.

My ADV is a KFL at 1.6 ohms and 20W, but I like the clouds too. These 2 builds won't fire at any less than 80W and the vertical build on the Velocity really shines closer to 100W. There is a place for the 100W mods, but I've only ever seen one atty that would need 200W. It's called the Goliath and you can cram an octuple vertical build in it and melt your face if that's your thing.

Back to the OP's question...
I've seen a lot of negative posts about the Smok mods. But in the $120 USD range, you can find about a dozen 100W+ mods that are good. Sig Fuchai, SW 200, iPV4S, iPV3Li, RX200 ... Kanger has 2 new boxes coming out with 120W & 200W that are available for pre-order right now for about $35 - $40. Tons of options out there in your $ range.
Plus plus plus this!If youre using temp control, then id say the Koopor Plus - it has the same chip as the TreeBox (which i have one of) and does tc very well, has all temp control wires available without extra payment - unlike the Xcube II. Please point out to me where i slighted anyone, either by name or other criteria in that post and ill happily edit it
Feel free to point out anything ive said thats not factual, practical or rational, or in the best interests of safety and health.
p.s. As an aside I very much doubt youre vaping 50mg nic at 80w,. maybe you made a typo?

</full of one's self>
Apparently you have a problem with those who vape outside your parameters. Common theme around here.
Over 7 watts = IMG Iz gunna esplode and killusall
P.S.
As your aside. Don't kid yourself. It wasn't a typo.
