I can't comment on provari, they are out of the equation on this side of the pond (unless you're willing to pay $300+ for one which I'm not) but the one button system of the sigelei is child easy... Oled display, clear information in every menu and idiot proof (and it does both VW and VV)
Sure, if one is into box mod's, there are other options but for a tube mod, it rocks.
