which size cartos for DCT

Which size cartos should I order if I"m going to punch my own holes for a DCT? Is it the regular size boges or xl?

Not sure as I buy smoketechs that are pre punched with the flange. The regular size boge are definitely too short.

Edit: I will say that the cartomizer should be 45mm in length. Not counting the threads

No, they are not but you can punch them yourself and still stick them in a tank, I do it all the time so do a lot of others..... they won't "fall out" unless you decide to pick up for tank by the drip tip and don't have it attached to your mod.
