I saw this on eBay today for $35.69 and it has all the features I am looking for. The title says:

"kayfun Lite Russian 91% atomizer clone *MADE-2-SPEC*NEW MIRROR FINISH*adj airflo kayfun Lite Russian 91% atomizer clone *MADE-2-SPEC*NEW MIRROR FINISH*adj airflo. White Russian ed."

I am really confused as to what is called a kayfun or a Russian 91%. Is this a Kayfun or a Russian 91% or are they one in the same? Thanks in advance.

Kayfun is considered the original maker of this type of rebuildable tank. The Russian copied the design. Kayfun Lite is a slightly smaller version. Russian 91% was also slightly smaller and added adjustable airflow. Kayfun Lite Plus added adjustable airflow.

Now several Chinese companies are copying that style of rebuildable tank atomizer. What you found on ebay is just another clone of the Kayfun Lite Plus style.

Correct, KFL+ airflow controls are on the bottom of the tank.

This would appear to be a clone of the limited edition polished Russian 91% v1.

Then again - it's eBay. What the photo looks like and what actually shows up when you get it... Good luck because it looks too good to be true.

It's either an R91 or the tobeco kayfun version, which was called a kayfun clone, but was actually closer to an R91 because of the side airhole adjustment, but was lacking the R91's adjustable center pin...

The authentic Russian's are not really copies. The original makers of the kayfun split up and both agreed to make their own versions.

Looks like the one I got at local B&M store for $50...
Mine has 3 holes in the side.
1 for air in
1 for control of air in via a small screw
1 for syringe tank filling

The Russian did not copy the kayfun, it is the kayfun, simply made by the splinter cell company that helped design the first kayfun. The original kayfun and Russian are the exact same design. All parts are interchangeable. The two companies now feed off each other as improvements are made.

Kayfun or Russian, you can't go wrong with either choice. Finding an authentic version of either is the hard part. lmao. Last time I visited SaltLake Vapor, they had both the Russian and 91% in stock. Great vendor, very fast shipping.
