I'm looking at a few different carto tanks but can't decide. I found the ValleyViewVape tanks, which would have been perfect, but are not longer being sold. So far I am looking at the AGR+ and Texas Tuff Tank. I'm leaning more towards the TTT. Are there any other pyrex tanks for under $15? Or should I just go with the Tuff tank?
For those of you who have the Tuff tank, have you had any cracking issues? I usually vape Strawberry Lemonade, which has destroyed 2 of my tanks so far!

If the tube is not pyrex or polypropylene plastic, its likely to be polycarbonate and susceptible to cracking from the volatile flavors.

Polypropylene is always "frosted or opaque" in appearance and is a safe plastic immune to those flavors.

I prefer the IBTanked pyrex tanks, but you'll need to spend at least $25 for one.

I want to order a few TTTs to accomodate the various juices I rotate through, but spent my weekly vape budget on a mech mod to replace my drop kicked ego. However they look exactly like the triple v tank I just got and I'm loving the triple v. I did read some reviews on the TTTs and some people said they had issues with carto flooding and the fill screw stripping out. As I was looking at the picture of the TTT and comparing it to my triple v, I noticed that the Tuff tank fill screw did not have the small o-ring on it that my triple v does. I was wondering if this might be the reason people are having flooding/stripping issues. I noticed that with the o-ring I do not have to tighten the fill screw down very much and it also creates a tight seal. It might be worth trying on your new Tuff tanks if you find yourself having issues

You might be sorry you ordered the Texas Tuff Tanks. These tanks don't use the traditional metal end caps, but rubber grommets in their place. They are a pain to get a cartomizer through without also pulling the grommet into the tank with it. This is why these tanks are so cheap. Grommets cost pennies, metal end caps cost $16 - $20 for a pair.

And the stainless steel caps will last for years! All you will need to do is replace the O rings which is very easy and very cheap! I plan to get a couple more. They are well worth the 25 dollars. I do have the cheaper smoketech polyprothelenne ones for out and about but after a couple of months they do tend to kinda split on the ends and to me the vape is much better in my IBtanked one.

There are always people that will have problems with everything... When I started using carto tanks, I used Momnpops polycarbs and they don't have the orings and they were fine. Even when I could see air getting around the screw.

I imagine the polypro have less threads tho and might be easier to strip than the polycarb. Side-filling is great, quick to fill and you can fill All the way, loosening the screw prevents dry hits.

I've been on the Kanger tanks for a while. The Protank is my favorite configuration except for the fact that it gurgles when it gets down to the last third of the juice, so it really doesn't "hold" as much juice as it will take on a fill.

The Kanger Evod is a hard polycarbonate tank that hold 2.5ml, but it will vape down to the bottom without gurgling. IF you do happen to get a gurgle, it's condensation in the air tube and you can fix that by twisting up the corner of a napkin or paper towel and drill it down into the air tube to clear it. I also like the taste produced by the Evod better than the Protank. There's better flavor, IMO.

The Protank's saving grace is that it's shorter and fits into a pocket more easily. The Evod is tall and thinner.

Another vote here for IBTanked. Now that said, seeing as you are looking for something a little less, I did find these and I did order one although I have not received yet so can not give a review. I will update after I get it which should be by Tuesday.

Hand Blown Pryex 5ml Vapor Tank

I have one of these tanks. I bought it at a convention. At the time, the guy who makes these only had a Facebook page for them. It's good so see he found a distributed.

They are very unique looking tanks. Because they are hand blown, they are all very different. The one I have is not exactly straight or the same height as my other XL length tanks. It seals well and vapes great.

Here is a pic of mine

I also have 3 IBTanked tanks and love them too.
