All three are excellent. Which is more aesthetically pleasing is one of the primary differentiating factors. The Triade uses 3 18650 batteries which makes keeping a full charge easy by rotating out to an external charger. The pentagonal shaped enclosure is comfortable in the hand (like an RX200). The Efusion Duo offers 200W with the 3S Lipo, or 133W with a 2 slot 18650 sled, again making it easier if you prefer an option of Lipo or 18650. It's certainly more boxlike, resembling the Lavabox more in that sense, although without all the extra little angles and edges. The Lavabox uses a replaceable Lipo, with 900 or 1300 mAh options. You are therefore limited to onboard charging only (same with Efusion in Lipo configuration).

Comes down to your money, your choice. I have a Triade and an Efusion Duo, and am happy with both. I doubt you will go wrong with any of those choices.

Yea I was leaning more towards the efusion for the looks but I like the leather on the triade. Only thing I've been iffy about with the triade is that I've heard the 510 is kind of Janky like on the rx200 and if you screw it down too tight it won't come back up. Think I'll just pull the trigger on the efusion ;p

The 510 on the Triade is really quite solid. Not sure where you ran across any issues with it (not saying there aren't, just I don't know of them). It is not the 510 from the RX200. While the overall appearance of the enclosures may be similar, they share no parts, including the 510 connector (other than the DNA version of the RX200, then they had the same boards, but the RX/DNA had the same inexpensive 510 as the plain old RX200).

I think any 510 can be damaged if you crank tanks down too aggressively, but I don't think the Triade is more prone to failure than the others. The only mechanical issue I've heard about with the Triade were fire buttons that were a little stuck under the front plate which was simple to fix.

Again, I think all three are great, and you won't go wrong with any of them.
