I see a lot of people saying that certain liquids need to be aged and others don't, but the specifics are all scattered in a hundred different threads. Can we get a list going of vendors that always or never require steeping?

I'm pretty new and all my juices have come from Rockstar Vapor, but they seem to be good as soon as I get them. The ones I haven't liked haven't improved after sitting around for a couple weeks. I have orders in with Ms T's and Unsmoke, I'll post an update when they show up if nobody beats me to it.

I'd love to see such a list but I'm really starting to see the trend that the stronger the expected flavoring, the longer the steeping.. or I should say mixing. Anecdotally I can say by regularly swirling my bottles I'm starting to get better consistent results in the ~same day~. Much like I was after a few weeks of 'steeping'... -Magnus

Generally if you order extra flavor or you can pck options on your juice (besides nicotine level, size, and perhaps bottle type) they are likely to require steeping. If not you just kind of have to jude for yourself. I tried two flavors from Vermillion Rivers and neither required steeping but they were sample sized. I've not had to steep a single 10ml bottle from DFW Vapor but I am steeping (its really more like aging)my 30ml bottle of cappuccino.

Your best bet is to test by smell if it smeels REALLy strong and perfumy wait it out. If its borderline drip some in your atty and try it. The reason I suggest smelling it 1st is the really strong ones will take over your atty and some are even hard to clean out of it.

Attypops made a suggestion on another thread for a way to speed the aging.

Try this:

Let the hot tap water run to its hottest and put it in a coffee mug to e-juce bottle rim height. Put the cap on tightly and let the bottle sit in the hot water for a couple of hours... shake it a bit every 1/2 hour.

This will help age the e-juice and blend the flavors. Some say to leave the cap off and let it "air out" in a child-safe/pet-safe place (this is separate from the hot water step).
Hope this helps.

Boba's Bounty from Alien Vision is great when it arrives. Cherry Cola from CigNot was also great when it first came, but I expect both of those were already mixed and just needed the nic. I have ordered many juices from Kick Bass, FreedomSmokeUSA and Backwoods Brew, which custom make your order and most all need to steep. Maybe OMG from Kick Bass was good when it first came, but was fantastic after steeping.

It is worth the wait with those 3 companies and enjoy Boba's Bounty while you're waiting. :)
