Which vivi nova do I go with ???

Get the brand name one. It's the way to go. I use long 2.8 wicks on my vision spinner. This is a great combo

Excellent choice. Got my Vivi Nova Mini on Thursday and been blown away by it. The flavours come through beautifully, the throat hit is immense and I've yet to have a dry hit or any problem whatsoever. And it looks pretty cool on a Ego battery with the thread collar as 'Sinkhole' mentioned earlier

The stv is surrounded by metal, but the inner tube is still polycarbonate. You'd need a full metal one

Triple V Pyrex 4ml Tankvalleyvapes.com has a pyrex tank. The tip seems acylic though, but I think that would be ok for cinnamon liquid. What do yall think?

although after watching the video towards the bottom of the page...the O-rings are made of silicone which Im sure would be destroyed by the liquid.

I would a long wick no doubt about it. I have the 2ml mini. Mine is a Vision Vivi Nova, and I like it a lot. I would also recommend you get the thread collar as well.

For looks yes. But it also adds strength to this area which will make it a lot less likely to break at the 510 connection if you drop it.
