Which way do I go?

So I started a year ago with a simple evod battery and a disposable tank, then quickly moved to a Kanger Pro tank, then onto a cheap (k100) mod, and then to a VV/VW (Innokin SVD) and back to battery pens/sticks. I want to enjoy dripping. I really do, But since I had pneumonia/bronchitis last year, dripping makes me cough even at 4 mg nicotine. I tried cartos last week and that that was the answer (just a punched filter with a stainless sleeve and tip) but didn't get the best flavor for as long as I thought I would.

Help! Guide me. I love the hard draws on the evod tanks, really just get annoyed with airy pulls. Educate me so I don't look like a fool at the local B&M as to what I might be looking for.

No point in suggesting REOs because I really can't stand the bulk of them and the box look. No offense to anyone who loves box mods, by the way.

I'm a little unclear about the cartos. You said "just a punched filter with a stainless sleeve and tip." Were you using them in a tank?

What drippers were you using?

You might consider putting an air flow control base on your Protank so you can tighten the draw. Cheap and easy.

There are other tanks with air flow control as well. But then you're looking at higher initial cost for the new topper, and spare coils....
